Full Cut Sheet Service Conversion
The Full Service Conversion option, will give the same benefits as the Basic Detail and
Medium Detail options with the added benefit of our cut sheet software with full retail version with custom options,
all tailored to you project needs This might include adding custom fields to your cut sheet matrix databases or
other forms, photo documentation of installed products in your fiber network. The Full Detail service will allow free updates to existing cables on existing cut sheets, this option
also gives you the ability to print and update your own existing cut sheets or just have Precision Fiber Optics track and
update them for you. Yes the Full service option, allows you to store and track your cut sheets with our company.
We hold all information for your projects in our secure database and make prompt updates when requested, which is through
email, fax, mail or phone call. Sometime in immediate future you will be able to view and print your cut sheets
directly from our web site. This fiber network documentation options will allow you to choose from a list of splice point attributes to document in each of your Cut Sheet Matrix database we create for you. You will have the ability to sort and filter cut sheet information, attach and open files of different origin and assign them to the corresponding information in the database.
Service Includes: ** Complete Cut Sheet Detail w/Address of each fiber information, hand hole drops spliced at information, customer assignment information included. You can add digital images, we will scan in drawings and blueprint page to the appropriate fibers, case, splice tray or fiber optic cable assignments, panel documentation, customer tracking and assignments, conduit, cable and case splice point documentation. We will also customize our cut sheet tables and forms to meet your fiber network information tracking needs.
